Purchased three hats in all colors (cream, orange and green). Customer service was great and responded quickly to my inquiries. They were able to add on a hat to my original order without any hassle and invoice me. They also informed me of any shipping delays due to the recent cold front freeze. Hats are extra cute and my gf loves our matching set.
